Low Carb Margarita Recipe Sep 04

Looking for a great margarita but dont want all the carbs?  Here is a great low carb margarita recipe – this calls for the following:

  • 1 tub Crystal Light lemon-lime drink mix
  • 2 cups water
  • Juice of one lime
  • 8 oz. tequila
  • 6 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 4 oz. Presidente Mexican Brandy
  • Ice

To make this margarita, place all ingredients in to a margarita machine or frozen drink machineshaker and shake, strain and pour in to a salted margarita glass.

Weight Watchers Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Banana Daiquiri Aug 09

1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
1/2 med. ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp rum extract
Artificial sweetener equivalent to 1 tbsp sugar

Place all ingredients in an electric blender or smoothie machine and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour and serve.
