Mojito Jello Shot Recipe

Recipes for jello shots are very simple, here is what you will need.

• Large package of lime jello using the directions below, mixed with one of the following.
• Light rum, mint leaves
• Water and jello shot cups

Typical directions on how to make jello shots:

1. Take 1 large box of lime jello and dissolve in to 2 cups of boiling water
2. Once dissolved, add 4 ounces of cold water
3. Add 12 ounces of your favorite light rum
4. Chop mint leaves and add to the mixture

The higher the proof of the alcohol, the more water that is required for the jello shot to set. Here is an example of how much water and alcohol to make jello shots.

Here are some rough numbers for volumes of alcohol in jello shots:

• 30-50 proof then use 11-13 ounces of alcohol and 3-5 ounces of water
• 80-100 proof the use 10-12 ounces of alcohol and 4-6 ounces of water
• 150-200 proof alcohol then use 4-6 ounces of alcohol and 10-12 ounces of water
