Watermelon Jello Shot Recipe

Recipes for jello shots are very simple, here is what you will need.

• Larger package of watermelon jello using the directions below, mixed with one of the following.
• One of the following Bols sour apple schnapps, Absolut or Smirnoff Vodka, or Midori
• Water and jello shot cups

Typical directions on how to make jello shots:

1. Take 6 ounces of Jello (larger box) and dissolve in to 2 cups of boiling water
2. Add 6 ounces of cold water
3. Add 10 ounces of your favorite liquor from above

The higher the proof of the alcohol, the more water that is required for the jello shot to set. Here is an example of how much water and alcohol to make jello shots.

Here are some rough numbers for volumes of alcohol in jello shots:

• 30-50 proof then use 11-13 ounces of alcohol and 3-5 ounces of water
• 80-100 proof the use 10-12 ounces of alcohol and 4-6 ounces of water
• 150-200 proof alcohol then use 4-6 ounces of alcohol and 10-12 ounces of water
