Nothing like a great chilled gin recipe when its hot outside, this tropical drink is really easy.

• 2 ounces of gin
• 3/4 ounce lime juice
• 1/2 ounce Peter Herring

For this drink recipe, mix in a shaker with cracked ice, shake and strain in to a chilled glass, garnish with a lime wedge.
