• 3 ounces light rum
• 3 table spoons coconut cream
• 1/2 cup fresh cut up pineapple
• 2 cups ice

To make this pina colada recipe, place all ingredients in in a margarita machine or frozen drink machine and blend at high speed until smooth – pour and serve with a pineapple garnish.  You can try using your favorite pina colada mix instead.
